Welcome to Vital30, a service operated by Prodigi Solutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vital30 mobile application, website, and related wellness tracking services (collectively, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using Vital30, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Vital30 is a general wellness, habit-building, and lifestyle challenge application designed to help you form and maintain positive habits.

2. STRICTLY WELLNESS ONLY - NO MEDICAL ADVICE

VITAL30 IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

All content, materials, challenges, and check-ins available through the Service are for general educational, motivational, and habit-formation purposes only.

  • The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.
  • The Service does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, clinical evaluation, or treatment.
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or experienced within the Vital30 app.
  • If you experience any physical pain, severe symptoms, or medical emergencies, stop using the app immediately and contact your local emergency services (e.g., 911/112).

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Vital30.
  • If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use Vital30 under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
  • We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from children under the age of 13.

4. User Responsibility & Acceptable Use

By using Vital30, you assume full responsibility for your wellness activities. You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with any security measures or API endpoints of the Service.
  • Upload, post, or transmit any offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
  • Impersonate any individual, admin, or support representative.
  • Use the app for any medical diagnosis, clinical tracking, or professional rehabilitation purposes.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, terminate, or delete your account and block your access to the Service if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms.
  • Your actions pose a security risk, liability, or harm to us, other users, or the community.
  • We discontinue the Service or parts thereof.

Upon termination, your right to access and use Vital30 will cease immediately. You can also delete your account voluntarily via the profile settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vital30, its officers, employees, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injury, health deterioration, emotional distress, data loss, or system failures resulting from your participation in any wellness challenge.

Your participation in any challenge or habit tracked by Vital30 is entirely at your own risk.

7. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

We may also revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and/or via an in-app announcement. Your continued use of Vital30 after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
