1. Not a Medical Device or Clinical Tool

Vital30 is a general wellness, habit-formation, and motivational tracking app.

  • It is not a medical device, clinical diagnostic software, or treatment system.
  • It does not diagnose, treat, cure, manage, or prevent any disease, illness, physical condition, or injury.
  • All tracking logs, achievement stats, daily challenges, and recommendations are provided for educational and motivational purposes only and must not be treated as clinical data or professional health recommendations.

2. Consult Your Doctor

We strongly advise you to consult with your physician or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new wellness activity, physical exercise, diet plan, or lifestyle challenge, especially if:

  • You have any pre-existing medical conditions, chronic illnesses, or injuries.
  • You are pregnant, nursing, or recovering from a recent surgery or medical treatment.
  • You take regular prescription medications that could be impacted by changes in your sleep, diet, hydration, or activity levels.

Do not ignore or delay seeking professional medical advice due to information you receive within the Vital30 app.

3. Stop Immediately in Case of Symptoms

If you experience any of the following symptoms while participating in any Vital30 physical exercise, hydration, or active wellness challenge, stop immediately and consult a healthcare provider:

  • Severe dizziness, lightheadedness, or confusion
  • Chest pain, pressure, or irregular/rapid heartbeat
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Extreme fatigue, nausea, or sudden muscle weakness
  • Sharp, severe, or persistent physical pain

4. Specialized Challenges (Smoking, Alcohol, Substance Use)

Vital30 may include habit-breaking challenges related to reducing or quitting smoking, alcohol consumption, or other substance dependencies.

  • Important Safety Warning: Abrupt withdrawal from alcohol, nicotine, or substances can lead to severe, potentially life-threatening medical withdrawal symptoms.
  • Vital30's challenges are designed as basic habit-tracking frameworks and do not replace clinical detoxification, rehabilitation, or professional medical therapy.
  • If you suffer from moderate to severe substance dependence, please seek professional clinical support from a certified doctor, therapist, or specialized rehabilitation clinic. Do not attempt high-risk withdrawal changes alone.

5. Guidance for Children, Teens, and Special Cohorts

  • Parental/Guardian Guidance Required: Children and adolescents (under 18) must only participate in wellness challenges under the active guidance and supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or pediatrician.
  • Elderly users or individuals with limited mobility should modify challenges to match their physical capabilities under the instruction of their personal physician.

6. Emergencies

Vital30 is not monitored by medical personnel and cannot help you in a medical emergency.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency or feel you are in immediate health danger, call your local emergency services (e.g., 911 in the USA/Canada, 112 in Europe, 999 in the UK) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
